I started with secondary research on my desk to identify existing knowledge that can provide useful insight for Online Video Platforms industry. 

There are many digital content streaming apps out of which I studied about YouTube, Netflix, Amazon Prime, Hotstar, Disnep, Zee5, Sony Liv etc.

Users are not only using the different OTT platforms to watch variety of content including movies, TV shows, sports, series, music videos etc. but also for content creation. 

There is a huge demand of sharing it with other users, creating their own user base, joining groups with similar interests.

Then I conducted primary research to gather information on the changing needs of target markets where I connected with users directly for identifying their needs, motivations, goals and pain areas.
